Rolling Stone Reports Van Halen To Play This Week

According to a Rolling Stone report, New York journalists have been invited to a Van Halen concert tonight at the Café Wha? In New York’s Greenwich Village.

The 250-seat venue was once operated by Manny Roth, David Lee Roth’s uncle, and hosted artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen when they were developing.

Van Halen hasn’t played together in public since a 2007-08 reunion tour with original singer David Lee Roth.

Tickets for Van Halen’s upcoming tour go on sale Jan. 10.
